Tim McClusky opted out of doing finish work and staircase. Archia will jump back in.
Stair design still to be determined. Would like open stair case and cable rails. Estimating to determine if it fits in budget.
The walk through for electrical included a number of extras. There breakdown is coming. None of the extra work will be done before client confirmation and signed Change Order.\
DM requested steps and two columns be wider. They were built as per plan as shown below.
