CO #1 - Snake sewer line
We were informed that there was a sewer line going across the property and under the existing driveway. We are snaking to find out approximately which way it goes.

CO #2 - Window replacement
We have found several of the windows that we have exposed to be rotten. We will get costs of replacement and generate this change order.

CO #3 - Sewer repair
In exposing the sewer line it is proved to be in such disrepair that the town ids requiring us to repair it.

Apparently when the patio retaining wall was installed it was broken then and repaired with PVC. It was also broken again after that further out in to the driveway. It is ridiculous how this was laid in the first place.
Also, this sewer line does not come from the Malin house. Our advise is to see if there is a current easement allowing this line to cross the property. If not then their is recourse to have others pay for it.
