Notes; 4/17/12

Landscaping:

• We will remove the existing patio and save the pavers for possible use elsewhere.  The earth will be rough graded back to natural contour.
• We will relocate the rhododendron  at the front of the house over to the garden at the left of the house.  Landscaper will determine logical location. (this is an extra).  

Windows:

• Window in 2nd floor stair will be exchanged for a shorter unit salvaged form the right side of the building.  This is to facilitate the porch roof installation.  

Chimney:

• We will wait until the 2nd floor is 90% framed to remove the chimney.  Care will be taken in scheduling in the plumber to hook water back up quickly so that the client can move back in.

Neighbors:

• Met with Anne today and discussed her concern over the addition and her view.  She was ok with it saying "your gonna do what your gonna do."
