Specialty Roof Shingles
The Certainteed Grand Mannor shingles will be an upcharge of $2160.00. This is a specialty item and not a material that we usually use on a house like this.
Ok...As u needed to match what was already there I suppose you could consider this an oversight? But understand it is an overage.... Hoping that this is simply a materials upcharge without a markup (as we discussed when talking about the contract)?
