We propose that all of the windows that haven't been replaced in the last year be replaced now. This would be all of the windows that are not trimmed on the exterior. We pulled shingles at most of those windows and they are all rusting out. This may entail re-siding the entire house since there won't be much left after pulling all windows out. I am not sure its worth leaving older shingles in small areas piecemeal atround the house.
I am waiting on window and materials numbers.
