Sewer - This week the pipe for the sewer repair will be on site once there the fix is a day and we can start on the footings.
Foundation - Provided we get sewer repaired we will form and pour footings and call for inspections. Once inspected (probably Friday or Monday next) we can get the foundations done.
Plumbing and HVAC - We will be disconnect plumbing and HVAC from venting through chimney.
EXTRA - Archia will supply a scratch and dent electric water heater to be hooked up early in the week so the house can be used. The cost of the water heater and its installation are to be billed to the Client.
